21.05.2021, the Department of Technology of Compound Feeds and Biofuels has opened a training and research laboratory of Fat Nutrition, which was established with the assistance of LLC “Biochimtech”. The scientific supervisor and author of the idea is Doctor of Science, Corresponding Member of NAAN of Ukraine, Professor Anatoliy Levitsky. The laboratory will serve to improve the quality of training, cooperation with industry in addressing topical issues of food quality and safety. This laboratory is the only one in Ukraine which offers research on the chemical composition of fat and its effect on the body.
